These terms and conditions set the basis for using our online website (mrgent.in), Customer Support, and Stores to place orders for items from mrgent.in. All payments made through these channels will be in favor of mrgent.in.
By ordering/purchasing goods from mrgent.in, it is implied that you have understood and accepted the mentioned terms. If there is anything you do not understand, please reach out to our customer support team for assistance.

You DO NOT need a Razorpay Account to make the Payment.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Please note that a delivery charge of ₹250 is applicable for domestic orders (for special delivery requests, contact us at info@mrgent.in / +91 9773856366)- this will not be free of charge, should be substantiated at the time of checkout.
CANCELLATION
You may cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it. It's important to know that you cannot cancel your order at any time during the garment construction process. If we accept a cancellation beyond 24 hours, it will be at our discretion, and the refund will only be in the form of a credit voucher code and will be issued in 7-10 working days. You can cancel your order through your account on our website. Cancellation requests cannot be processed over the phone, email or through online chat services. Once an order is placed during our Annual Sale, it cannot be cancelled.
SALE
All sales are final during our Annual Sale, and we are unable to process any cancellations for products that have been ordered. Discount coupon codes are also not applicable during the Annual Sale or on any products currently on sale.
PRODUCT QUALITY
At our Company, we pride ourselves on providing high-quality products. So you can be confident that the products you receive will be of excellent quality and will meet or exceed your expectations.
However, it's important to remember that most of the products listed on our website are photographed under professional studio lights. As a result, there may be slight variations in colour when the product is delivered.
DELAY ORDER
Occasionally, a product may not be able to be produced as per the output expected due to complexities in production. In these cases, we may seek your approval before continuing with production. However, this may result in a delay in your order.
It's important to know that you cannot cancel your order at any time during the garment construction process.
EXCHANGE POLICY
We do not apply any deduction or additional charges for exchanges. However, if the exchanged item involves a change in size, there may be an additional charge. Please note that any additional shipping costs will apply.
REFUND
Eligible items must be returned within 10 days from the date the items were delivered, or as otherwise stated on the items return policy. Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and conform to our terms and conditions. Please return items in their original condition, with packaging material in which the items were originally delivered including but not limited to hangers, plastic wrap, hang tags, boxes, dust bags and gift boxes.
